Non precious metal VOCs catalysts

Due to the shortage of precious metal resources, prices are expensive. While developing catalysts with higher performance, we also consider how to reduce costs, making non precious metal catalysts our research hotspot. Combining precious metals with perovskite type compounds can effectively stabilize precious metals, prevent high-temperature sintering or evaporation of precious metals, and prevent reactions between precious metals and carriers. Adding a small amount of precious metals can also enhance the activity of perovskite type oxides.

Non precious metal catalysts are supported on cordierite honeycomb ceramics and formulated with unique rare earth additives and composite metal oxide materials. They have high catalytic activity, good thermal stability, low airflow resistance, and excellent mechanical strength. Organic waste gas purification catalysts are installed in low-temperature catalytic combustion devices for organic waste gas, which can effectively purify chemical exhaust gases such as acrylonitrile, acrylic acid, and butadiene rubber, as well as color coated printing exhaust gases such as color steel and color aluminum, and achieve energy-saving effects. They are widely used in the treatment of organic waste gas in industries such as petroleum, chemical, paint coating printing, and garbage incineration.
