Carbon monoxide catalyst has a large specific surface area and good catalytic ability for carbon monoxide

The CO catalyst produced by Yuanlin Company, due to the use of specially processed active adsorbents as raw materials, has a large specific surface area and low apparent density, thus having good catalytic ability for carbon monoxide and can effectively convert it into carbon dioxide. The application of CO catalyst is also very extensive, and it can be used in metallurgy, petrochemicals, machinery manufacturing, medical and other industries. We warmly welcome new and old friends to visit and patronize us.

Precautions for using CO catalyst:

1.At low temperatures, a large amount of exhaust gas enters the catalytic bed, causing the catalyst to “suffocate” and leading to temporary deactivation;

2.Sulfur, phosphorus, arsenic, halogen compounds, and heavy metal compounds can react with active ingredients, leading to permanent deactivation of the catalyst;

3.Dust, carbon deposits, and high boiling viscous substances adhere to the surface of the catalyst, covering the active sites of the catalyst, resulting in the loss of catalytic activity;

4.High temperature can cause aggregation or sintering of catalyst support and active components, resulting in a significant reduction in the number of active sites and ultimately deactivation;

Response measures:

1.Low temperature “suffocation”: Before normal operation, the catalytic bed needs to be preheated to the reaction temperature in fresh air before introducing exhaust gas;

2.The presence of toxic substances such as sulfur: these substances can be removed through pre-treatment methods or catalysts with corresponding resistance can be selected;

3.Pre treatment such as dust removal is necessary for exhaust gases containing dust, carbon deposits, and high boiling viscous substances;

4.Overtemperature: When the temperature of the catalytic bed exceeds 700 ℃, the system should stop running or use fresh air dilution and cooling to reduce the temperature.
