The use of carbon dioxide capture agent:
Carbon dioxide capture agents are used in carbon neutrality processes, adsorption and separation of carbon dioxide from factory flue gas, direct separation and concentration of carbon dioxide from air, and are used as carbon dioxide capture agents, carbon dioxide adsorbents, and carbon dioxide capture agents.
Advantages of carbon dioxide capture agents:
Easy to regenerate: The binding energy between carbon dioxide and adsorbent is 20KJ/mol, and compared with the currently most economical and effective monoethanolamine (MEA) amine washing method, the binding energy between carbon dioxide and ethanolamine is 100KJ/mol, which can reduce carbon capture energy consumption by 80%.
Room temperature adsorption and negative pressure desorption: The traditional MEA amine washing method requires high temperature desorption at 100-150 ℃, which consumes a lot of energy. Adsorption speed: The gas flows through the solid adsorbent at a certain flow rate, and adsorption occurs almost instantaneously.
Vacuum desorption and cycling performance: completely desorb carbon dioxide at 1mbar vacuum and room temperature, and the capacity for adsorbing carbon dioxide again after cycling does not decrease.
